A Rack at the Back is a Ronsons Rack store that has been built into a Ronsons store. At a Ronsons with a Rack at the Back you can shop the newest items of the season and then go into the Rack at the Back to find fabulous clearance deals.

A Ronsons store location provides full service and will specialize in carrying a full selection of the newest items at Ronsons for the season, as well as advertised and coupon specials.

What if the shoes I have purchased go on sale?
Your purchase is under purchase price protection. This means that in case of a price reduction of your purchase, we will be pleased to refund the difference to you within 3 weeks of the date of purchase. Please present the original receipt, or contact us at 1-800-465-SHOE and we will search for your receipt information and make an adjustment for you.

We hope you will Walk Green With Ronsons and join us in eliminating plastic shopping bags. We have a commitment to our environment and community in which we walk and live in comfort. In our stores, we strive to keep things simple and green. Ideally, we would like to eliminate the use of shopping bags altogether. However, if you need a bag when shopping with us, we can offer you a biodegradable plastic bag that is made in Richmond, B.C. or you can choose to donate $1 for a Ronsons reusable shopping bag. Your entire dollar will be donated to an environmental cause. So far, we have raised $6,000 for the David Suzuki Foundation.

While many retailers define their customer’s needs through the latest trends, Ronsons listens to its customers. The deciding factor for the Ronsons customer is the functionality, the comfort, and the fit of the shoe. If a shoe does not include these elements, we won’t carry it in the stores, no matter how ‘right’ it might be. Customer insight and customer feedback are key elements of the Ronsons philosophy. Do your staff measure feet?
Yes, Ronsons is the place to get fitted. Ronsons employees are taught how to correctly measure a foot before they ever assist a customer. Typically this training takes two weeks. Learning how to measure a foot and determine shoe size is a lost art and is vital to ensuring a comfortable fit. When we measure feet, we aren’t just discovering the length and the width of the foot. We are assessing the foot. We are determining which style and which brand will work best for that customer. How does the Free Shipping for a Limited Time Offer Work?
For a limited time, free shipping applies to orders of $99 or more before tax shipped within Canada via regular Canadian ground service. Learn more about this promotion. (Free shipping does not apply to returns or exchanges). Offer applies to a single order to a single address. Promotional pricing cannot be combined with any other shipping offers or applied to previous purchases. Offer valid for a limited time. (Shipping promotions do not apply to orders shipped to Nunavut, Yukon and the Northwest Territories.)
What is the cost of shipping?
A standard shipping fee will be applied to purchases shipped to customer’s address. The regular fee for the first pair within Canada is $9.95 and to the U.S.A is $29.95. If you purchase more than one pair of shoes in one transaction, the shipping charge for each additional pair beginning with the second pair will be calculated at half the regular fee. Please note for Shipping outside of Canada: Orders shipped to the U.S.A. can incur customs, duties, taxes and potential brokerage fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient; therefore, we ask that you be aware of these fees prior to submitting your order. There are no customs or duty charges applied to orders shipped to addresses within Canada.

Your order will be shipped via Canada Post. Before your order is shipped, there will a short time for us to process your order. Depending on where your shoes are being shipped, your shoes will arrive within the designated time frame set out by Canada Post ground shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
What is your return policy?
If you need to return a shoe and live near a Ronsons or Ronsons Rack please visit one of our stores with your original receipt within 21 days of purchase and they will be happy to take care of you. If you are an out of town customer you will need to mail the shoes back to us at your expense to our Head Office address (12495 Horseshoe Way, Richmond, B.C. V7A 4X6) with a copy of your receipt and note for return or exchange. We keep our prices low and therefore cannot absorb the return shipping costs as well. If you need further help you can reach us during office hours at 1-800-465-SHOE.
Please note that we do not accept returns from outside of Canada due to duties and customs that we will incur.
